What goes up, must come down. At least, that’s what Newton thought. I’m all for defying gravity especially when it starts to take a toll on my body parts.
As women, we come to expect that one day our breasts will rest a little bit lower and little less perky than they did in our earlier years. While some choose to go under the knife, others would rather remain au naturale. If you are the latter, then listen closely because I’ve got some great tips on how to give your chest a natural breast lift.
There are 3 main components to maintaining a perky bosom:
You want your skin to remain tight and firm and these foods will do that for you.
Spinach is rich in antioxidants like lutein and zeaxanthin that help protect your skin from free radicals and oxidative damage. Eating spinach on a regular basis will also improve your blood’s circulation, which in turn reduces sagging.
Oysters aren’t just a date night treat. These so-called aphrodisiacs contain high levels of zinc which boosts your natural collagen and elastin production so skin remains firm and plump.
An apple a day will keep the augmentation doctor away. Flavonoids found in apples help the absorption of Vitamin C to stimulate collagen. The more collagen your body produces, the tighter your skin; therefore the firmer your breasts.
There are several exercises you can do from the comfort of your home that will help build and shape the muscle below your breasts. The stronger these muscles become, the better they are at naturally lifting your breast.
Push Ups are by far the best exercise you can do to increase the perkiness of your breasts. To perform a push up properly do the following:
- Lie face down with your arms in line with your shoulders and place your palms on the ground. Tuck your toes under your feet.
- Maintaining a straight body, lift your body up with your hands and feet, keeping your arms straight below your shoulders.
- Once you reach an upright position, lower yourself and repeat 15 times a day.
*If you don’t want to get on the floor, try doing this exercise against the wall instead.
Side Swerves are great for toning the muscles along the side of your breasts to uplift them.
To do this, grab yourself a chair and do the following:
- Sit straight back in your chair with hands on your hips.
- Keep hands firm on hips and turn to the right as much as possible while maintaining a straight spine. Hold this for 10-15 seconds.
- Turn to the left side and repeat this exercise.
Add 10 side swerves per side to your daily routine for a lift you will notice in only a few short weeks.
3. Boosting Balm
To really give gravity a run for its money, use this bust boosting balm.
In a small dark bottle mix together 3 tablespoons of olive or coconut oil, 1 tablespoon vitamin E oil and 3 drops each of geranium and grapefruit essential oil. Fasten the lid and shake it up to mix everything together evenly. Apply to your breasts using an upwards, circular motion twice daily.
The ingredients in this will actively stimulate blood flow to breasts and lock in moisture to maintain the elasticity of the skin.
If you incorporate all 3 of these naturally uplifting components into your daily routine you will have firmer, perkier breasts in no time at all.
